General Guidelines:

• Maximum Capacity 7
• Family groups only, unless prior approval given. Leasing tenant will be over the age of 21 and part of the renting group for the entire stay.
• No security deposit is required, however, tenants are responsible for leaving the home in the condition it was found upon check-in.
• Check-in time 4 PM. Check-out 11 AM.
• Note: rates do not include applicable taxes
• We do not allow pets
• For safety reasons, smoking is not permitted inside the home.
• A PA fishing license (easily available nearby) is required if you plan to fish the pond.
• Use of the pond is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard.

Rates:

A deposit of $150.00 is required to hold a weeklong reservation and a 50% deposit for all other stays. The remaining balance is due at check-in

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations 1 month prior to reservation date will receive a 100% refund minus a $25.00 service charge.
Cancellations made two weeks prior to stay will forfeit the $150.00 deposit, unless the home is rented for that date. If that date is filled, all monies will be refunded, minus a $25.00 service charge.
